Napalm is sticky and hot. To counteract the stickyness you could possibly form a water barrier by diving in water (then the problem is breathing til the napalm burns off) The survivor can see the flames of napalm and sticks his breathing tube towards the nearest spot that is not on fire.
Unfortunately the water that he is dunked in may heat up too fast and boil him alive. I don’t think it is possible to have a ice chest to cool the water.…
