Your leaky cat has crossed over from an asset to a liability.
Cat pee stink is really hard to get rid of and future landlords are going to feel the same way. That&#039;s one reason for the no pets policy in so many lease agreements. Before you move again, consider giving the cat away to a friend who both owns a home and has no sense of smell. You can then go visit the cat on weekends- like joint custody- and be able to not get evicted in the future. Everyone wins.</description>
